It may surprise you to know that many nanny scams aren't just immediate requests for money. No, they're much trickier than that. Save on Gas with GasBuddy.com

If your plans take you past the city limits (or just all AROUND them), you might want to check out GasBuddy.com. It's a free, national website that tracks gas prices all across the country so you can map out the cheapest spots before you even start your car.

Search by ZIP code, county, city or the entire state. Your search results appear categorized by gas type (regular, midgrade, premium, diesel) and feature the gas price in the last 24 hours, gas station name, location with cross street, a map and the exact time when the gas price was recorded. You can even search for a particular gas station (Shell? BP?) or request reports from the last four hours.
