Amanda A. - Houston Babysitter

Hello, my name is Amanda and I’m a 26 year old nursing student. During my nursing training I have become certified in CPR and first aid techniques. In addition to sitting, I am putting myself through school working at a well respected Montessori school.  This is my third year working with children in an educational setting and I often find that our lessons come in handy with the children that I watch.  Additionally, I have over 10 years of childcare experience ranging from infants to children 12 years of age through babysitting and caring for the children of family members.

I have my own reliable source of transportation, am very punctual, and most importantly I genuinely adore working with children.  I am available on weekends and most weeknights depending on my school schedule.  It would be my preference to establish a strong relationship with a few families that will be in need of my services consistently over the next couple of years.  Plus this allows me to build a strong rapport with your children.   I am not allergic to pets and I do not smoke.
