Babysitter - LINDSAY W. (User #12459)

I am currently finishing up my second year teaching ninth grade history at a New York City public school. I have worked as a swim instructor/lifeguard at a summer camp in Sudbury Massachusetts for three summers. I attended Boston College for five years while completing my undergraduate and graduate degrees. While attending school I babysat for a family in Newton (three boys). While working towards my graduate degree, I worked full time as a special education aid in Brookline, Massachusetts. I have babysat since I was 14 years old, and have experience working with children of all ages. I am interested in finding part-time babysitting jobs for the summer and during the year. I am responsible, organized, and highly energetic. I think it is important for children to have experiences that will stimulate their minds and keep them active. I am comfortable bringing children on outings to museums, the park, the zoo, etc. I am very careful and observant, but in case of any emergency or special medical needs, I am CPR/First Aid certified. With the summer coming I can also teach/monitor swimming. I am flexible with hours and days, especially over the summer.
