I am a very outgoing, self motivated, independent international student that came from south America. I have been in the USA for the last three years. I have experience taking care of kis of all ages, from newborns to 16 year olds who are already driving, so for me the age of the kids is not a problem. One preference I have is that it's important that the parents support the instructions that I give to the children. A second preference is that respect is given to my needs as a full time student. A third preference is that I would like to be paid per hour worked, so that I am compensated above my base salary for any overtime worked. Also, I am very flexible in the hours that I work as long as the hours can accomodate my class schedule and/or I have advance notice so I can plan accordingly. I love children. It gives me happiness to see them develop their capabilities and even more to help them develop their capabilities to guide them how to fulfill their potential. Being a nanny is not my career but this doesn't mean that I don't enjoy doing my job. Seeing the children that I have taken care of start walking, pronouncing a difficult word, preforming in a play (after long days of practice), scoring goals, hitting a homerun and improving their math skills and making a tear become a laugh makes it all worth it.
