For one reason or another, she did not show up to meet us TWICE. The first time we forgot to email her directions but she never followed up to get them and when she was 15 minutes late, we called her cell and she had been in an accident but didn't have our number with her to call us. The second chance we gave her, she didn't show up. Later we found she had sent an email at 3am (she was supposed to meet us at 10am) to say her friend went into labor. -- Anna L.
