Betsy G. - St. Louis Babysitter

I love children and I have been working with them since I was a young girl. I worked as a camp counselor and lifeguard at an overnight camp for four years. If you are interested in giving your children swim lessons this summer, I am your girl. I was also very involved in volunteer work with children at my school. I was a mentor and vice-president of the organization called "College Mentors for Kids". This group works with underprivileged children in grades 1st through 4th. I also spent a summer working as a camp counselor for children with special needs. I loved it so much that I worked as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapist for a five-year-old boy with autism this past year. I learned so much from this job, and I would love to work with more special needs children to pass on my knowledge and experience. This incoming school year I plan on going  to University of Missouri-St. Louis as a graduate student in the community counseling program. My classes are all in the evening so if you are looking for someone to watch your kids during the day, or help get them to and from school my schedule would work perfectly with yours.  Also if you need occassional weekend care I am available.
