Hi Parents,

My name is Stasia and I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology at Northeastern University. I aspire to one day work with children and adults who have speech,language, and hearing disorders. I have cared for newborns, infants,toddlers and children of various ages. I love working with children and I am CPR certified. I am very respectful,honest and caring. Your children's safety is my number one concern. I like to keep things clean so parents do not have to worry about mess when I babysit. I like to have fun as well. I'm not afraid to go outside and throw around a football or play kickball on a nice day. Board games, walks to the park, visits to the museum I love learning new things and I'm sure your children will too. I adapt well to different situations and environments. I am semi-fluent in Spanish, I have a basic understanding of the language. Pets are okay as long as they are well behaved and people friendly. I do not drive so I am looking for sitting close to public transportation. I live close to the Northeastern T stop and the orange line Ruggles stop. I have been a member of sittercity for sometime now and I have had the chance to work with really amazing families. I am truly thankful for all the opportunities I have been given and ones that I have yet to receive. I am available to start work as soon as possible. Stacia is an absolutely wonderful sitter!!! We hired her to take care of our 4 year old daughter, Leila, for one week between Summer Camp and the start of school. They rode the bus to the Library every morning then took the Subway to the Museums in the afternoon. We were completely comfortable with Stacia and so was our daughter. We hired Stasia to babysit our infant son and 2 1/2 year old daughter on multiple occasions. In the interview, I found her to be poised and personable. We hired Stasia to babysit our son, Lee, during my first trip away from him since he was born. This was a pretty tall order to fill but I could not have asked for a better person. Stasia and Lee got along well from the start. She was punctual, neat and super accomodating to our schedules. She would call me during the day to let me know what they were doing, where they went or just to have Lee say hello to me.
