My husband and I both spoke to this woman who promised to arrive at are house by 6:30 so that we could go to a basketball game and she never showed up, called or returned our calls that night. She is obviously very flakey. -- Eric B.

• User Response: I took repsonsibility for getting direction since they did not know the area I was from. There was a detour and I got lost, first in Mattapan, then in Dorchester; two areas I did not knwo my way around. I tried to call them with my cell phone but my service went in and out. As far as I know I did not recieve any calls from them I drove around for 90 minutes then returned home. I e-mailed them as soon as I was home
