I'm a mom of four with older children. I've been working as a babysitter/nanny for almost twenty years, and of course have LOTS of experience from raising my own children. I have previously worked with special needs populations, and I've also had experience with newborns and twins. I think it's important to get children involved in community activities (i.e. story hour and music classes) and play outside when possible. I also like baking cookies, and doing craft projects with the kids.
