We needed a Daddy's helper and my husband was against the idea thinking he could still "do it all". With a 3 years old, 1 1/2 year old and newborn it was tough for him so we interviewed many candidates for this position. Ms. Tondia was fantastic during her first time with our kids. I feel like I have known her for more than the two times we have met and was very comfortable leaving her with my babies. Believe me...I don't make this statement lightly.
