Shayna L. - Birdsboro Babysitter

Hi :) My name is Shayna and I graduated from Penn State University in May 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education following a yearlong internship in a kindergarten classroom in the State College Area School District. I am originally from the Souderton area (about an hour north of Philadelphia, near Lansdale/Quakertown), lived in Orlando, FL for the winter this year, and will be back up in PA (Reading area) this Spring! I will be available to start sitting in early May and am looking for a family or two who are looking for a regular Summer babysitter/nanny. If your family is looking for occasional night and weekend care, I can help with that, too! I have lots of experience with children of all ages in a variety of settings (Boys & Girls Club counselor, camp counselor, babysitter, nanny, church nursery caregiver, student teacher, substitute teacher, etc.) and I try to provide a fun learning environment for the children who I have the opportunity to spend time with. I am responsible, creative, and friendly! I love to cook, spend time outside, read, play, write, see new sights, and try to get the most out of each day.
