First and Foremost I would like all sitters to know that if I have applied for your Job position it is because of a Full and Committed approach. I have been a professional paid babysitter for 10 years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my job as a care taker. During my course of babysitting I have also done a little household cleaning, food preparation, odd jobs, errands, house sitting, tutoring, mentoring, guidance helping children of several ages get done with their schoolwork, get ready for after school activities, and properly be fed, snacked and put to bed. I drive as well and have an excellent driving record. I have worked with elders for about 5 years in various nursing homes and for family friends who need me to sit disabled or watch over their parents etc. I have done many nursing home projects and various community service related projects. Regarding pets, I’m only afraid of enormously big dogs that jump are not properly trained to an extent where I can do my job to sit for them. I enjoy all pets though. Infact for many birds I have been know to train them with simple words of conversation especially parrots. For those Indian seekers out there, I am pretty fluent in Tamil and I speak choppy Hindi/ Urdu and a bit of Spanish. Pricing is not the most important issue for me although I am very reasonably fair. Everything is negotiable, because I believe when there is someone who is in need for a caring, loyal, responsible and someone professional to do their job I have been a reference as number one. I TOTALLY GO BEYOND AND ABOVE the CALL of MY DUTIES and I have a reputation in maintaining a very honest, trustworthy and bubbly, warm relationship with anyone I meet. I have been told many times that I am the type of person someone feels that they have know for years. I believe it is more important to finally find the right person to take care of their children and I am the “MARY POPPINS” who does it all! Although my profile says that my primary location is NYC I have a second location in NJ as well. Depending upon where my Job is I travel and I am a student who commutes to NYC everyday so please if my location is your concern let it not be and discuss your needs in detail with me and I will definitely fulfill them! I am an Extremely RELIABLE person that has received immediate calls from sitters on sittercity for even one day jobs without meeting me and trusting and believing in me!
