I have a lot of experience with children who have physical and mental disabilities, and with children in an awkward situations (divorce, death in the family, etc.). I am more that willing to help children with school work or sports practicing, while still abiding the parents rules for the child. I am very community oriented, and try to allow the children to work through their problems rather than tattle on each other. When I am with the children I am taking care of, I become more of a friend to them than an authority figure. Overall, my experience with childcare has always been great for the whole family!
