Hello families!
My name is Hannah, and I want to care for your kidlettes! I grew up in Ashland, Oregon...a breathtaking part of the country, doing Home-Daycare with my mother, while I myself was Home-schooled.
We were a state licensed daycare and certified preschool. From the time I was born--->thru age 15, I was helping care for and teach our families children, of all ages. My mother was a spectacular teacher & mom, so I was raised in a super healthy, fun, quirky and VERY creative home...which naturally transfered into her/my style of baby-sitting! I babysat during the weekdays, and weekends with MANY families, several of whom already had care thru my mom's daycare.

• Homework time..I Feel more than able, and excited to help and make these "times" fun and personal and structured!

About me now:
I am a well rounded, fairly down-to-earth, intelligent, outgoing, honest, eager, youthful, patient, artistically creative [crafts...outings...etc], and kind woman. Working with the little ones, can be an organic experience. Kids are innocent, and excited about learning...which is a swell thing to be part of!

I have been fortunate enough to have Nannied for 3 families in Chicago past few years. One familiy lived out in Elgin. and the other 2 families were here in Chicago. The one was a nanny share between two sisters, 4 kids total! 2 infants, 2 toddlers! PHEW! talk about busy! It was a great position, and a lot of fun most the time. like them, and my most recent family I nannied for and their infant daughter--all the moms have decided to leave their working jobs to become stay at home mothers. 

Bold move on their behalf...but it leaves me without a job...which is where YOU come in! :) 

About you now:
I would really enjoy working with toddlers, although they are the bigger handful, they have a great sparkle and are a total riot to be around! I love however, being a part of a baby's life early on, And have much experience with infants. The quirkier and "non-traditional" of family, the better... only because I enjoy the eccentric and goofy, just a little more than straight-laced as our personalities seem to mesh better too!
